How You Can Help

In order to operate our school and promote future growth, MTCES relies on tuition income, annual contributions, volunteerism, and other fundraising activities. MTCES does not receive any financial support from parishes.

Here’s how you can support the school:

• Named Gifts - Named gifts are a sentimental way to recognize, honor, or memorialize a family member or loved one, or an excellent means of marketing a business. The MTCES Development Office approaches named gifts with flexibility and welcomes the opportunity to meet with interested donors to discuss their wishes. Development suggests that the donor contemplate a gift level he/she is comfortable with and choose a space(s) in the school that has a significant value or meaning to him/her. All gifts intended for naming rights are subject to Board approval.
• Business Partnership - Securing MTCES Business Partners/sponsorships is crucial in order to cover operating and special event expenses. A Business Partnership is a win-win situation for the sponsor and the school. The school receives a generous donation to help reduce expenses, and in return, the sponsor receives numerous promotional benefits. Let us know if you can connect us with a potential Business Partner!
• Donation by cash or check - Make all checks payable to Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary School, and send gifts to:

• Pledge - You might find that you can increase your contribution to MTCES by making a pledge with payments spread over several months or years.
• Matching Gifts - Many companies match employee gifts—a great way to double, or even triple, your donation. The Development Office can provide you with a list of companies who make matches and assist you in obtaining the gift.
• Securities - A gift of securities may provide you with tax advantages.
• Volunteer - Volunteer to serve on the Development or special event planning committees, or assist the office with its mailings. Development is always in need of people with a variety of skills – strategic planning, solicitation, technology, marketing, decorating, etc.
• Network - Keep the Development Committee aware of any contacts you have with area businesses, corporations, and foundations. The Committee is always in search of sponsorships and grants.
