Please refer to the Scheduling Policy and Procedure Handbook for for details as the following instructions are general guidelines. All Facility Request Forms must be returned to the Scheduling Coordinators by June 30 to allow ample time for schedule arrangements. Requests are for all events during the period of August 1 of current year to July 31 of the next year.
When necessary, events may be scheduled with the Scheduling Coordinators after June 30th as follows:

Confirmation of events processed in this manner will be by phone, e-mail, or school mail.
MAKE REQUESTS AT LEAST TWO WEEKS BEFORE AN EVENT. In general, events will not be scheduled with less than forty-eight hours notice.
Requests for use of the Student Center after June 30th must be submitted to the Boosters Scheduling Representative and approved by the Scheduling Committee.
