A Land Lab is Born!
For the 2005-2006 school year, MTCES is going to have a Land Lab on the premises. What IS a Land Lab, you ask? It is basically an outdoor classroom which will be located in the woods behind the school. There will be cleared-out paths, benches and observation areas in this natural classroom. More information will be available at the beginning of the school year.
What we need are VOLUNTEERS! If you can dig, use a saw or stand around looking sweaty, we can use YOU! Older students can be used as well but in a limited capacity. This project will count as volunteer hours for the 2005-2006 school year.
