Busing is available to Mother Teresa Catholic Elementary School just the same as all other Ohio chartered schools. However, the school is serviced by at least three busing districts, which independently decide whether it is cost-feasible for them to bus any given student to any given school. In general, if you are located within thirty minutes normal driving distance of the school, you are eligible for busing. It does not guarantee that the busing district will bus your child.
Usually, the busing district makes its decision based on the number of students that it has to transport. Lakota, Monroe and Mason do provide busing, Lebanon and Fairfield do not.
Each school district has their own policies. Students living in the Lakota or Mason School District will be sent a "Bus Transportation Request" form over the summer, and you must fill this out and send it to the busing district in which you reside. Please check with your school district for details.
