MTCES Growth Plan
After establishing MTCES in 1998, the Board of Trustees began planning to create a permanent facility for the school. In January 2002, after developing a long-term, multi-faceted capital campaign including debt and equity sources for funding support, MTCES built a home at its current 25-acre campus in Liberty Township. Architects SFA outlined a construction project consisting of four phases and providing for an academic facility consisting of 18 classrooms, administration offices, a student center with a gymnasium and theatrical stage, a science lab, an art studio, a full-service cafeteria, parking lots, and sports fields. The following table provides a clear picture of each phase:
| Phase | Description | Completion Date |
| One | First academic wing of building. Includes 8 classrooms and office space. | December 2001 |
| Two | Second academic wing of building. Includes 8 classrooms and office space. | August 2004 |
| Three | Student Center. Includes a gymnasium, theatrical stage, temporary cafeteria with food prep, and land improvements. | During the 2006-2007 school year |
| Four | Remaining construction projects. Full cafeteria (permanent), dedicated science lab, art studio, library, chapel, and continued land improvements for sports fields; may also include an entrance plan off of Yankee Road. | Contingent upon funding |
